About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file addressing vendor inquiries related to a federal contract opportunity at USAG Wiesbaden.
The document provides responses to five key vendor questions regarding proposal requirements and contract terms. Contractors must submit a detailed plan for managing key personnel absences due to illness, vacation, or other reasons as part of their quote. Candidate credentials are mandatory and must be included with proposals per FAR 52.212-1. For vendors quoting in Euros, the Government will apply an exchange rate of $0.9303 for evaluation purposes, contingent upon the rate remaining stable through the evaluation process. No current contract exists for this specific requirement at USAG Wiesbaden, though a similar contract was previously executed under contract number W912CM-22-P-0010. The Government has provided "ATTACHMENT 1: ESTIMATED WORKLOAD DATA" to guide contractors regarding defined hours and work times; however, this data is presented as an estimate only and is not binding.
