About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for federal contract solicitation W912CL-26-Q-F004 for bulk potable water delivery to Sauce Military Camp in Sauce, Peru.
The requirement involves delivering potable water to the Sauce training area (Sauce Military Camp/Sauce Barracks) located in the District of Sauce, Province of San Martín, Peru, at coordinates 6°40'58.31"S, 76°12'54.62"W. The contractor must account for transit across the Huallaga River via local ferry and unimproved road conditions when calculating delivery timelines and fuel costs. The Government will not provide on-site bulk storage tanks or water bladders. Instead, the contractor must deliver potable water in sealed, food-grade, pre-filled individual containers (5-gallon/20-liter jugs or local commercial equivalents) that can be easily stored, handled, and used directly for cooking and food service. The contractor is responsible for transporting, delivering, and offloading these containers to the designated warehouse/storage footprint at the Sauce training site in accordance with the daily delivery schedule specified in the solicitation. The 20-liter container delivery method is not only acceptable but is the preferred and required delivery methodology for this requirement.
