About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for Solicitation W912CH25R0108 related to the M250 Smoke Grenade Launcher procurement. The Q&A addresses four key points: confirmation that all sections of the solicitation are requirements, clarification on technical data sharing with government personnel, meeting logistics using MS TEAMS or phone conferences, and verification that current delivery dates will remain unchanged. The associated federal contract opportunity involves the Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal seeking to acquire 108 M250 Smoke Grenade Launchers, which include multiple component parts such as discharge units and covers. Prospective vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and certified under the United States/Canada Joint Certification Program to access the Technical Data Package. The solicitation is expected to be released electronically on or about 30 March 2025, with proposals to be submitted through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module.
