About this file

The file is a Questions and Answers document for Solicitation W912CH-25-Q-0085, issued by the United States Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA). The solicitation is a single, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), One Time Buy with 100% option for a Mortar Mount (NSN: 1010-01-521-1614, Part No.: 11579090). It is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside with export-controlled technical data, requiring Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification for access.

The Q&A document addresses specific technical questions about the solicitation, including Proof Acceptance testing (Live Fire Testing) for the M170 BIPOD. Key clarifications include that STM-13 Proof Acceptance is required per QAP and TDPL, with test costs expected to be included in the contractor's solicitation response. The government will provide ammunition for testing. The solicitation was amended to extend the close date to 29 September 2025 at 1600, and potential bidders must request TDP access via SAM.gov and obtain JCP certification. All questions should be directed to the Contract Specialist, Pamela Cunha, at the provided email address.
