The solicitation response deadline has been extended from June 11, 2026, at 1600 E.S.T. to August 28, 2026, at 1600 E.S.T.

The amendment updates the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) by modifying titles and structure of deliverable reports: CDRL A002 is retitled to "Shipping (Item) and Packaging Discrepancy Report"; CDRL A003 becomes "Government Furnished Property Inventory and Forecasting Report: Property Management Systems (PMS) Procedures"; CDRL A004 is retitled to "Engineering Change Proposal"; CDRL A005 becomes "Request for Variance"; and CDRL A006 is retitled to "Notice of Revision." CDRLs A007 through A010 are removed entirely. The amendment also removes the "Long Term Contracts - FOB Destination" clause in Section F and updates shipping terms from FOB Destination to FOB Origin. The contractor must repair SDUs to condition code A (serviceable) within a 90-calendar-day turnaround time, with deliveries beginning no later than 60 days after receipt. Repair costs are subject to Maintenance Expenditure Limits (MEL) of $402,527.02 for CY2026 and $431,278.95 for CY2027-2028. The contractor must maintain ISO 9001:2015 and AS 9100 quality system compliance and support the Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) TAV-C system for inventory management reporting using either DLMS interfaces or the Army TAV-C Portal.
