The contractor shall track the status and resolution of all action items generated in performance of this SOW in a single action item database and present the status at each meeting. All reviews, meetings, and events administered by the contractor, except for meetings where classified data is discussed, shall have a virtual-based option using Microsoft Teams conferencing tool. The contractor shall schedule face-to-face meetings to occur at mutually agreed time and location and maximize web conferencing to the highest extent possible to minimize personnel resources and travel expenses. The contractor shall submit the IMS in Microsoft Project (MSP) format, without encryption, locks, passwords, or other security protections or features which would prevent the Government from editing, sorting, filtering, or otherwise manipulating the data for Government purposes.
The MSP submittal does not require resource loading, unless it is the only schedule backup submitted. The contractor will validate that all dates match plus or minus one day. One day is acceptable due to differences in how the schedule software calendars work. Differences due to the use of hard constraints are not acceptable, as hard constraints should be limited to the project start and finish.
The MSP version being utilized for submissions to the Government shall be mutually discussed and agreed to prior to the first submission to ensure that the version will be compatible with, and usable by the Government. Any software upgrade to MSP by the Government or the contractor will be mutually discussed and agreed to changing to ensure software compatibility.

(Attachment 0004) and associated CDRLs.
- Present the methodologies used for mapping internal cost accounts to the WBS, specifically showing how individual Work
Breakdown Structure (WBS) elements and functional element codes will be populated. They will also identify which WBS elements will be populated for each functional element code.
- Propose any changes to the CSDR Plan (Attachment 0004) in order to tailor the plan to the contractors accounting system, to include any contractor recommended changes or additions to the WBS elements. These changes may include adjustments to the submission events and/or submission timelines, particularly in the case of a direct reporting subcontractor performing against a different delivery schedule than the associated prime contractor.
