About this file

This document is a Standard Form 30 Amendment to a federal construction contract for repair and installation of fence and gates at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. The amendment number is 0003, effective January 26, 2026, and modifies contract W912C326BA001 issued by the Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC-Fort Buchanan).

The amendment corrects pricing language across four option line items (1001, 2001, 3001, and 4001) representing the first through fourth option periods. Previously, all option periods incorrectly referenced matching the base period pricing in Attachment 1: Schedule of Prices Spreadsheet. The amendment now correctly specifies that each option period's CLIN must match its corresponding period's total pricing from the spreadsheet. The contract is a 100% set-aside for 8(a) firms under NAICS code 238990 (All Other Specialty Trade Contractors) with a $19 million size standard. The solicitation requires bidders to register in SAM, provide bonding capacity verification of at least $750,000, submit sealed bids to Fort Buchanan's Visitor Control Center or by mail by February 20, 2026 at 10:00 AM Puerto Rico time, and include Standard Form 1442, pricing section, representations and certifications, and amendment acknowledgment. The guaranteed minimum for the base and four option year requirement is $2,000 via task order. Key personnel requirements include attendance at a pre-performance conference, and minimum insurance requirements include $500,000 general liability, $200,000 auto liability per occurrence, and workers' compensation as required by state law.
