About this file

This document is a set of questions and answers related to Amendment 2 of the Request for Information (RFI) for the Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Architectural and Engineering (A&E) services for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Philadelphia District's Civil Works Program.

The RFI covers various details about the solicitation, including: clarification that submissions should address only the qualifications listed in the synopsis, not the full scope of work; confirmation that projects completed outside the 7-year evaluation window will receive less consideration; allowance for 11x17 pages for the organizational chart; and requirements for estimating software, certified personnel, and teaming agreements. The document also provides examples of the types of "infrastructure support facilities" referenced in the selection criteria. Overall, the RFI responses aim to provide clarity and guidance to potential offerors on the requirements and evaluation factors for this A&E IDIQ contract opportunity.

2The Word document attachment, “SOW CIV Pgm AE IDC _final.docx,” mentions many additional services not included in the synopsis, such as electrical engineering, fire protection engineering, etc. Does our submission need to include qualifications for every service listed in this Word document or just the services listed in the synopsis?Submission should address qualifications listed in the synopsis.
