SCHEDULE B INFORMATION

Method references and analytical parameters to be used are summarized in Schedule B and Table 5-3A. The laboratory shall provide unit costs for each of the parameters listed in Schedule B and Table 5-3A. A single unit cost shall be provided by the laboratory for each line item regardless of the sample matrix (i.e., the same price will be applicable for soil, water, or waste samples).

The unit cost shall also include sample bottles, preservatives, and coolers. Test methods to be used will consist of the latest promulgated versions of SW-846, CLP, or other published analytical procedures. No draft versions will be used unless specifically requested prior to analysis. In addition, the unit cost quoted for each analytical method shall include the cost of processing, reducing and delivering the analytical data. Other analytical services not specified in this scope of work may be requested at some point during the course of the contract period. If this occurs, these unit costs will be negotiated at that time.

The laboratory Quality Assurance Manual/Plan shall be submitted with the proposal. Laboratory SOPs for all analyses listed in Schedule B shall also be submitted with the proposal. If there is a need to employ subcontract laboratories to address all testing needs listed in Schedule B, the Quality Assurance Manual/Plan(s) and SOPs for the proposed subcontractor shall also be provided with the proposal.
