Experience information pertains to what types of work an offeror has performed. Past performance pertains to how well an offeror has performed.
There are two aspects to the past performance evaluation. The first is to evaluate whether the offeror’s past performance is relevant or not relevant to the effort to be acquired by this solicitation. For the purpose of this evaluation, relevancy of the projects will be evaluated based on their similarity to the technical work required by this solicitation, the magnitude of the project, as well as the organizational and specialized technical experience required to deliver the system.
