Q. Is there any incumbent/recompete or is this a brand-new project?

A. The incumbent contractor is Byre Brothers Inc.

Q. Could you please advise on who the incumbent is for the above solicitation, and it's awarded contract number?

A. Incumbent – Byre Brothers Inc and Contract # W9128F22P0033

Q. Could you please confirm whether subcontracting is permissible under this set-aside and, if so, whether there are any limitations or requirements related to the percentage of work that must be performed by the prime contractor?

A. FAR 52.219-14(e)(1) in the solicitation states the subcontractors must be similarly situated companies as the prime.
