Questions and Answers
1. Is there any incumbent/recompete or this is a brand-new project? If yes, could you please provide us with their award number or even if the customer bought similar services in the past.
ANSWER: This is a new requirement, so we do not have any information on this question.
2. Can you except burn boss certification in lieu of the red card or will proof of our red cards from multiple years ago suffice, as red cards are only required for active federal wildland firefighters, which also only applies to wildfires?
ANSWER: We will except the NWCG burn boss certification and the red card.
Any proof of certification, training, or experience level would be acceptable.
3. The success of the project appears directly tied to the burn plan both crafted and executed by the contractor. Is this correct?
ANSWER: Yes
4. Do you have any data on similar projects I.e. price points, energy release components, weather etc?
