Questions & Answers for CBCW Noxious Weeds Total Vegetation Spraying, W9128F25Q0023

Q. Are we able to choose how to mechanically cut and what to spray as far as herbicide goes with respect to proximity of water resources?

A. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) states the contractor will provide complete herbicide application services for control kill of vegetation, and also that marker dye will be used. The PWS does not state there is an option for killing of vegetation through mechanical means.

Q. I would like to submit a bid and also, was wondering if there is a special format to submit one.

A. The format of the quote submitted is not mandated. Contractors are reminded to provide the price schedule with all values entered and all other information stated in the instruction to offerors and the solicitation.
