In the snow removal it says: 25 man hours and up to 25 times. Which one is it? Should it say one or the other or what’s the meaning when it states both??

Per the PWS, the snow removal for the Powerhouse is not to exceed 25 times per year (5.2.1.7.1) and the OM Building is not to exceed 25 man-hours per year (5.2.2.6.1).

Answer:

The snow and ice removal locations are clearly stated in the Performance Work Statement in 5.2.1.7.1 for the Powerhouse and in 5.2.2.6.1 for the Outside Maintenance Facility. There is no additional locations that snow and ice need to be removed. The miscellaneous only refers to the fact it’s not a scheduled task.

The PWS, 5.2.1.7.2, The chapel restroom states, “weed pulling and cleaning up landscape areas between there and visitor center.” What is the expectation on this?

How often does this need to be done?

Answer:

The miscellaneous janitorial work of 100 man-hours included suggested tasks - for example additional restroom cleaning, warehouse cleaning, or weeding. This is not a scheduled task. Reference 5.2.1.7.2. of the PWS.
