Q&A

NOTE: CHANGES TO SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION

See, “Change History as of 22Mar17”

1. W9127S-17-R-6040, SB Set-Aside and W9127S-17-R-6042, SDVOSB Set-Aside appear to cover the same requirements. Are both solicitations running concurrently, or will one of the two be dropped?

Both solicitations are running concurrently.

Each solicitation has a separate combined capacity.

Up to three (3) Indefinite Delivery Contracts (IDC) will be awarded from the SB Set-Aside, W9127S-17-R-6040, those IDC will have a combined capacity of $1.9 million.

Up to three (3) Indefinite Delivery Contracts (IDC) will be awarded from the SDVOSB Set-Aside, W9127S-17-R-6042, those IDC will have a combined capacity of $1.9 million.

2. Considering the potential breadth of A-E work associated with the modernization of healthcare facilities for AFMSA, MEDCOM, and other USACE customers, the $1.9M capacity of the combined IDCs seems to be low.

Please confirm.

We are currently in the process of working on multiple IDC that have a combined capacity of $45Mil.

Once it was discovered that we would not be able to get the larger one in place to use for end of fiscal year requirements, we decided to do the smaller one as a stop gap procedure. The $45Mil IDC will have the same type work as the small IDC do.

Although the period of performance is listed as three (3) years, the base IDC will be over once the maximum capacity is reached.

3. Is there a timeframe in which we should expect responses from USACE, Little Rock District? What method of response will be used?

The time frame in which the USACE, Little Rock District will respond is unknown at this time.

Firms that are not selected will receive a letter stating such. The letter will be sent via e-mail to the POC indicated by the firm.
