SOLICITATION: W91271-18-R-0005
QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS:
14 August 2018
1. As this is a LPTA RFQ, to allow fairness in bids, can the government please provide the number of FTEs by location and labor category?
Due to the fluctuation of numbers/cases at each location and our lack of expertise in conducting these services, it is the responsibility of offerors to determine the number of FTEs by location and labor category.
2. Can the government please provide the current incumbent contract information?

| SUBFACTOR 1 – MANAGEMENT CAPABILITY |

5. Is contractor required to mail three hard copies of its proposal to the point of contract mailing address only? Or if Electronic transmission of proposal via email acceptable?
Yes, the contractor is required to mail three (3) hard copies of their proposal to the address stated in the solicitation. These hard copies are due no later than 2:00 P.M. CDT, 10 September 2018 to USPFO-MS-PC, Attn: Adam Austin, 144 Military Drive, Flowood, MS 39232-8861.
