Q & A V-1
1. Section 1.3 of the Performance of Work Statement states that the Period of Performance for this project is 60-days. Please confirm.
a. After discussion with the customer, the report must be completed within 60 days of notice to proceed.
2. The bid package included a Performance Assessment Questionnaire; however, the
Performance Work Statement made no reference to the Questionnaire. Is it required to have one or more Performance Assessment Questionnaires completed by past clients in order to be considered for award of this project? Because of the confidential nature of clients for which similar have provided similar work, it may be difficult to get that feedback. However, EBP has an extensive relationship with the National Guard providing a wide range of other environmental services. Would it be acceptable to have a Questionnaire from one of our
National Guard clients if the work isn’t directly related to an Environmental Condition of
Property-Preconstruction Assessments?
a. The questionnaire is for proposal submission and it not part of the PWS. This questionnaire is generic in nature and simply requests how well a company has performed in the past for previous clients. The questionnaire is referenced in provision 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors in the Addendum. None of the questions are asking for any proprietary or project specific information.
3. Section 5.7 of the Performance of Work Statement doesn’t clearly identify the number of hard copies of the final PCAs required for each Site. How many hard copies are needed?
a. 2 copies per site (PWS changed to reflect this adjustment)
