About this file

This document is an Attachment A: A-E CMS SATOC Disciplines List for Solicitation No. W9127N24R0029, related to a federal contract opportunity for A-E Construction Management Services (CMS) for Veteran's Affairs (VA) Mega Construction Projects.

The Attachment A lists the anticipated disciplines required for the contract, including Administrative, Architectural, Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Environmental, Fire Protection, Mechanical, Structural), Construction Surveillance, Cost Estimating, Geology, and Engineering Technicians. It specifies three experience levels for each discipline: Subject Matter Expert (SME) with over 15 years' experience, Senior with 8-15 years' experience, and Staff with 0-8 years' experience. The contract opportunity is being solicited by the Department of the Army Corps of Engineers Engineering District Portland, with an anticipated Department of Veterans Affairs as the end customer. This appears to be part of a larger solicitation rather than a standalone document.
