Solicitation W9124X25QA012

17th STB Post Yellow Ribbon South Event

1. PWS para 1.1 states, “The contractor shall provide… team building exercise or access to pool (if available)…”

Response: The Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program (YRRP) Coordinator has removed the requirement to provide a team building exercise or access to pool.

2. PWS para 1.1 states, “Contractor will provide childcare for 10 kids (6 mos, 11, 11, 12, 10, 10, 6, 7, 8, 2), but there isn't any other information on it anywhere else.

Response: For childcare services required, please refer to the Addendum to the PWS South that was uploaded to SAM.gov on July 29, 025. As of July 30, 2025, there will be 10 kids attending (6 mos, 11, 11, 12, 10, 10, 6, 7, 8, 2).

3. PWS para 2.1.4 states three-star hotel minimum. AAA diamond rating is industry standard. Which star rating are you referring to?

Response: AAA diamond rating.

4. PWS para 3.2.3 states breakout rooms set up in rounds of eight. One of those rooms are for support staff with vendor booths. Vendor booths usually are not set in rounds of eight. How may vendor tables do you need? Is the pre-function space adequate for this?

Response: The customer needs 25 vendor tables in a separate room. They don’t need to be in rounds of eight.

5. Do you need a block for 10 rooms total (5 rooms a night?), or 10 rooms per night? It is unclear in the solicitation.

Response: 5 rooms per night for two nights.

6. Do you need a registration area?

Response: No.
