This document is a Draft Task Requirements document detailing catering specifications for the Montana Army National Guard's Warrior Wellness Program. The requirements specify comprehensive meal service for approximately 60 soldiers during an annual two-week training program, with precise nutritional and culinary guidelines covering breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. Key requirements include serving buffet-style meals with high-quality, diverse, and nutritionally balanced options, using unprocessed ingredients, avoiding repeated meals within a five-day period, and maintaining strict FDA Food Code compliance.

Specific meal specifications include breakfast with customizable options like omelets and yogurt bowls, lunch with multiple sandwich meats and cheeses, and dinner featuring lean proteins with complex carbohydrates and vegetables. The contractor must provide three types of fresh fruits at each meal, healthy beverage options, and nutrient-rich snacks. Additional requirements mandate food temperature control, portion management, food sourcing from approved USA vendors, and meal service at a government facility on Fort Harrison. The contract is structured with one base year and four potential option years, targeting approximately 2,520 meals annually during the August training period.
