a. See question 1. 2020 numbers will not be provided.
4) During the site visit it was discussed that the WI fi service is unreliable, Will the Government be supplying a hard line for a debit card system ?
a. PWS paragraph 5.2.1 has been changed to state the requirement for a debit card machine is encouraged but not required. Soldiers do not commonly carry cash thus it may be beneficial if the contractor can provide this means for payment.

8) Please clarify Dining Hours of service during Whiskey breakdown?
Clarification from contractor. During the site visit we saw a sign in the Kitchen that show Hours - Break – lunch – Dinner and beneath those hours it has Whiskies as a heading and shows a break out of Hours such as 0700-0800 / 0600-0630 /0630 – 0700. What are these Whiskies hours referencing?
a. Whiskey hours were related to the RTI classes, they had specific periods of time they would eat within the food service hours. This was beneficial to the contractor as it let them know (when RTI classes were the only meals required) what times they could expect the Soldiers to eat so as to not be required to stay open for the entire time period. The Government does not guarantee this arrangement and quotes are expected to not assume that RTI classes will have this arrangement made with the contractor.
9) We received the equipment list GFP attachment however, during site visit the small ware items did not match to what was provided. There were more items on shelves and storeroom.
Please verify small wares that will be provided by the government or what is owned by the current vendor
a. Items, equipment that was not on the GFP list were not Government owned and belonged to the current contractor.

For notification purposes the item/description in contracting opportunities was used to indicate the change to the RFQ.
