About this file
This document is a set of Questions and Responses regarding Solicitation W9124M24Q0007 for a Fiberglass Bulldog Statue requirement. The solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside to create five high-quality replica fiberglass statues of the 3rd Infantry Division "Rocky" the Bulldog Statue. The statues must be weather-resistant and durable for outdoor display in tropical climates, and constructed to support the weight at a single swivel point.
Key details include: 1) The end delivery date of September 30 may be extended if the offeror provides an alternate timeline in their proposal. 2) A real polyester flag that waves in the wind is not acceptable, as the requirement is for a fiberglass flag. 3) The information plate must be placed on the base of the statue. 4) The pivot point is required to allow the statue to be rotated. 5) The statue cannot be painted more true-to-life to the cartoon Rocky design. 6) Offerors are allowed to make a mold of the statue as long as the original is not changed or damaged.
