MED MLAT CONOP (27-31 MAR 2023)

Mission:

3/160th SOAR (Abn) (-) conducts MED MLAT on 27 MAR 2023 to 31 MAR 2023 IVO Fort Stewart, GA IOT exercise the full capabilities of 160th SOAR Flight Medics. Secondary training objectives include integration of other USSOCM assets, and integration of USASOC medical assets.

Total 160th Personnel: ~60-100 Personnel OIC: CPT Spanier NCOIC: SFC Hogsed 3/160th Medical Personnel: ~15 personnel 3/160th Aircrew: ~20 personnel Airframes: 2+1 x MH-47G, 2+1 x MH-60M, 1 x MQ-9 (Pending) Non-160th Participants: ~ 130 personnel Surgical Teams: 2 teams ~15 personnel 2/3 SFG (Abn): 2 x ODA ~30 personnel 1st HBCT, 3ID: 1 x Battalion Aid Station, 1 Role 2(-) ~60 personnel Airframes: 1 x C-130, or 1 x C-27, or 1 x CASA (224 MI)

Execution:

Execution will occur in three phases..

Phase I: Mission Planning (Ongoing – 24 MAR 23) Ongoing and ends with Final Condition Check on 23 MAR 2023 Phase II: Medical Training (26 MAR 23 – 31 MAR 23) Begins with introductions and classroom training and concludes with awards.

Phase III: AAR (On Order 1 APR 23 – UTC) AAR will be completed and submitted to lessons learned and posted on RSURG page.

MEDICAL CONOP – Savannah/Local Area

Medical Personnel Savannah, GA APA, Senior Medic, and Medical SI will be on site. Life, Limb, Eyesight

Primary Medic will stabilize on ground and contact HAAF EMS dispatch at 912-767-1711.

If medical emergency occurs in flight, medic will transport patient on mission aircraft to Hunter Army Airfield for transload with HAAF EMS. PC contact tower to coordinate transload at HAAF.

Alternate Medic will stabilize and transport patient via ground transport to Memorial

Regional Hospital.

Contingency Medic will stabilize and transport patient to Chandler, St Josephs Hospital.

Sick Call Available throughout duration of exercise.

Emergencies If a medic is not present call 911 then immediately contact any SOA medical personnel.

NON- Life, Limb, Eyesight

Medic will stabilize and an evacuation decision will be made based on injuries.
