Questions: Government Responses:
I have a couple questions regarding the solicitation invitation for online orientation. Can you confirm fthe following:
Due date is 9/15 @ 1200AM EST
Do you require a digital or wet ink copy and if so how many copies of each volume (price and technical)?
Is there a question and answer deadline regarding items we may not understand on the
RFP?
Solicitation closing time has been updated to reflect 11:59 PM vs 12:00 AM.
Electronic version is preferred but if file is to large a link has been added to instructions found in 52.212‐1. Only one copy is required. The amendment has been posted with Q&A due dates.
There are some references to completing portions of the RFP on line at SAM. Can you clarify which parts need to be done via your SAM site and what portions will need to be a document/response created by Comevo?
In provision 52.212‐3 of the solicitation, you will need to complete paragraph (b) if you have already completed the reps and certs information in SAM. If not, then you will need to complete paragraphs (c) thru (v).
On Standard for 1449. It says see schedule on part of it, please specify what schedule are you referring to, is it the PWS or something else?
The schedule is the delivery schedule on the SF 1449. This effort is a base 12‐month period of performance (PoP) and 2 option 12‐month periods.
How should the bidder handle the requirement for a separate volume for Pricing and
Technical – given the requirement for email submittal?
a. Is a separate email for Price and Technical required? Separate file?
b. Does the SF 1449 suffice for the Price volume? Or is the excel spreadsheet required?
The volumes are separate documents/files. If the files are too large, preventing email submission, separate emails can be sent and must be labeled as 1 of x, 2 of x, etc., with the x being replaced with the total number of emails sent. If an individual file is too large, documents can be submitted together using the DoD SAFE site at https://safe.apps.mil.
For product costs and services will standard catalog unit prices be sufficient for all cost elements of each CLIN, …. In lieu of labor categories, rates, indirect rates, and profit margins?
A published catalog price can be used if the vendor has a pulished, commercial catalog that is submitted with the pricing. Additionally, a detailed description of that that catalog product includes must be provided.
Under 1.2 Objectives – What are the different organizations that are on the installation that are presenting. Can you name these?
Examples of FSGA/HAAF organizations may include the 3ID and Garrison commanders, human resources, housing, MWR, etc.
Under 1.4.6. Contractor shall record each session ensuring that the recordings are accurate and without errors. How long is each session, how many are there, and what dates will the sessions be?
Approximedly 14 videos 1‐3 minutes long.
Do you want us to film a host introducing and closing each section, in addition to the session recordings? If you do want an opening and closing, Do you want us to write the scripts for videos and the supporting slides?
Film leadership introduction/welcome. All scripts will be written by each directorate.
Will Ft. Stewart be providing any videos for us to insert into the orientation? If so how many? Are we also interesting any sponsors videos? If so how many.

About the (1)Section 889(a)(1)(A) of the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization
