The services are limited to the services described herein which are processed through the Fort Stewart Directorat of Public Works. These instructions provide pertinent information for using this contractual vehicle. These instructions also outline procedures and process flows for identifying and order requirements through task order award. The contract ordering terms are identified and explained to ease the ordering process.
(b) Authority to Place Task Orders: The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Stewart is hereby delegated authority to award and administer task orders under this procurement. Orders may only be place by a Contracting Officer at MICC-FS in any amount within the limitations prescribed herein, or by authorized individuals, identified in writing, at the Fort Stewart Directorate of Public Works for orders less than the micro-purchase threshold.
(c) Ordering/Reconciliation/Invoicing:

The Contractor will only be paid for effort that has been authorized by the Government and performed in accordance with the contract specifications. All task orders will be Fixed Price.

Actual quantities less than or equal to the stated task order estimate are subject to review; however, in these instances, the contractor’s invoice may be submitted for payment prior to review by the administrative contracting officer. The administrative contracting officer will unilaterally modify the task order to reflect the actual services rendered (i.e., modify task order to decrease or increase quantities based on the actual amount ordered the prior month).
