1. QUESTION: Is there a cost estimate, budget or ballpark figure for the project listed? Is there an actual start date for the project?

ANSWER: Independent Government Cost Estimate cannot be disclosed, please provide a quote that captures what is requested in the Statement of Work. The expected award date is April 25, 2024.

2. QUESTION: The Statement of Work states in Section 1.1.1.1 “the system shall be able to record at a minimum of 60 days before automatically rewriting old data”. However, in the Key Project Deliverables it calls out an 8TB Video Appliance. For these (6) cameras to record at 15fps, 70% motion with 60 days retention it will require approximately 15TB. The 8TB they state would only provide 30 days retention. We need to know which statement takes precedence.

3. QUESTION: The Drawing provided along with the Statement of Work has no dimensions included. In order to accurately determine the cabling lengths an overall dimension (length, width and ceiling height) of the Pharmacy area is requested.

ANSWER: Pharmacy space is 30 ft deep by 30 ft wide. Drop ceiling is 9 ft high.

4. QUESTION: The Statement of Work key Project Deliverables calls for an "Electronics Mounting Shelf". Is this shelf to be wall mounted or mounted in a rack (supplied by others)?

Will the monitor be mounted on the shelf as well, or on a desk/table nearby? If it is to be mounted on a desk/table nearby, approximately how far away? This information is needed in order to ensure the proper HDMI cable length.
