Q17. CLIN 0001 thru 0003 is for “Pumping” of the Grease Interceptors, but CLIN 0004 is for the “Transportation” of what was pumped from the Grease Interceptors? We need to have it listed separate? The cost of “pumping” it onto the trucks, from the cost of “Transporting” it on the trucks? Or is CLIN 0004 meant as the cost of Processing/De-Watering the Grease & returning the separated waste to Ft. Sill?

A17. CLIN 0004 is for the transporting/processing/ de-watering of the waste. See amendment for new CLIN for pricing of transport only option.

Q18. On TE-2, CLIN 0004 says “(Transport approx. 460,000 gals… for CLIN 0001 - 0003)” but I get a total of 494,360 gals? That’s almost 30,000 gallons difference. Is this calculation correct?

A18. The 460,000 gals are an estimate, and we pay for actual gallons transported. If we exceed the 460,000, quantity and funds may be added.
