The contractor must provide project management, restoration program support, thorough document reviews within two revisions, and update environmental databases within two days of new information. Performance will be assessed on compliance with the statement of work, applicable regulations, and timely completion of reviews and reporting. Adherence to the approved project schedule and 100% fulfillment of support requirements are critical performance thresholds. Trends of unacceptable performance not remedied at the contractor's expense may result in negative ratings, nonpayment, or termination.
