REPORTING. The contractor shall report ALL contractor labor hours

Reporting inputs will be for the labor executed during the period of performance during each government fiscal year (FY), which runs October 1 through September 30.

Labor Hours submitted prior to 31 October after contract award no less than 100% of the time.

Para 5.2.2

The contractor shall develop a requirements document based on the Enterprise Architecture for developing interfaces and changing business processes and policy for MEDLOG integration with GCSS-Army.

Milestone 1: Complete within 90 days of the award.

Revisions made within 7 days of government notification of errors/change requests.

100% inspection standard will be documented in

CPARS.

Para 5.2.3.

The contractor shall develop Business Process Models to Support Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) Assertions for MEDLOG integration into GCSS-Army.

Milestone 2: Complete 120 days after award and capture each type of operating force medical organization.

Business Process Models are created to capture 100% each type of orgainzation supported within the operating force.

Requires no more than a 30% revision of the document.

Revisions made within 7 days of government notification of of document standard will be documented in

CPARS.

Para 5.2.4.

The contractor shall develop a DOTMLPF- P Implementation Plan, to Include Anticipated Return-on- Investment (RoI) for MEDLOG integration with GCSS-Army.

120 days after award.

Implementation Plan the addresses 100% of DOTMLPF-P sections.

Requires no more than a 30% revision of the document.
