This is no final requirement specified, but there is a minimum requirement specified in Attachment 3. Please also see Attachment 4 for more details.
Emergency/Exit Lighting: Does the scope include the replacement or upgrade of emergency battery-backup lighting and exit signage within the hangar?
No
We would like to know if this is a brand new contract OR if there is (was) an incumbent performing these services.
If not brand new, could you please provide the current / previous contract number?
This is a new requirement.
How high are the bay lights?
Bay lights are to be installed at a height of 30 feet.

In the PWS under 1.5.5 – Hours of Operation, it states the following: The contractor is responsible for providing services between the hours of (insert appropriate hours for your organization here) Monday through Friday except federal holidays or when the government facility is closed…
Would you be able to provide those specific hours of operation?
Hours of operation are 7:30 AM EST – 16:00 PM EST
In the PWR, Section 4.2 references a Facility Security Clearance. Does this project require a facility clearance?
This requirement does not require security clearances. However, the vendor must be able to gain access to the military base.
Attachment 3 includes the hangar bay requirements from UFC 3-530-01. Are there any existing lighting controls in the hangar?
If yes, could you please provide the lighting control manufacturer information?
If no, should we include lighting controls as part of our pricing?
