About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for Solicitation W9124D26QA239 addressing inquiries regarding training delivery requirements and facility logistics.
The Q&A clarifies that the government will provide necessary power sources at the facility, and cadet seating will be provided by the government; contractors need only bring furniture associated with their own equipment. Four rooms will be made available consisting of two classrooms, one drill hall floor, and one open space. The government has established fixed training dates and times that cannot be modified. Training must occur at the specified location within 106 miles of Fort Walker, and no schedule modifications, location changes, or government-provided transportation are permitted. Specifically, requests to conduct training at alternative locations such as Bowie State University, to split the 520 Fort Walker cadets into multiple groups on different dates and times, or to provide only one day of training have been rejected as they conflict with established training schedules. The government will not provide transportation between Camp Walker and Bowie State University.
