About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for Solicitation W9124D25QA316, a federal contract for USARD Future Soldier T-shirts. The solicitation involves producing and distributing t-shirts to multiple Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) locations, including domestic and international sites. Key details include: plastisol or direct-to-film screen printing on t-shirts, specific packaging requirements (12"x15" poly bags, retail folding with front design visible), and shipping instructions mandating USPS delivery with a 70-pound maximum per box. The Army seeks t-shirts that are Berry Amendment compliant, with pre-production samples to be submitted and approved prior to full shipment.
