This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for Solicitation W9124D25QA295, focusing on Oracle Software Renewal and a 5G wireless internet service for 420 rooms across 5 buildings. The government requires 105 cellular 5G routers to provide primary internet access, with one router serving approximately 4 rooms. Key requirements include providing Wi-Fi coverage inside each room with a minimum download speed of 5Mbps, using standalone Wi-Fi hotspots that support laptop computers, tablets, and mobile devices. The government will own the devices, and installation must be non-invasive with no structural modifications allowed.

The solicitation is for an existing requirement, with the previous contract number W9124D23P0192. Contractors are expected to supply all necessary devices and provide internet service for 84 rooms per building. The government confirms that separate SSIDs are acceptable (up to 105), no site visit will be conducted, and shipping of routers ahead of installation is authorized. The contract has no specific small business set-aside determination, and potential bidders are directed to reference section 10 of the solicitation (SF1149) for further details. The installation must be completed no later than 10 September 2025.
