Solicitation W9124D23Q9914 - US ARMY ROTC Laundry and Dry Cleaning University of N Georgia

QUESTIONS AND RESPONSES:

Question 1. The PWS says “approximately 750 cadets who wear the Army Operational Camouflage Pattern (OCP) combat uniforms that need to be laundered annually” and “Approximately 800 Army Combat Uniforms (OCP) need to be laundered and folded annually”.

Are items only being washed once a year, or are they to be laundered on a monthly (or even weekly) basis?

Response Question 1:

This statement has been deleted from the final PWS. “Approximately 800 Army Combat Uniforms (OCP) need to be laundered and folded annually”.

Question 2: Are there preferred pick-up and delivery days, or will this be on an as-needed basis?

Response: Question 2:

Pick-up and drop offs are as needed. This comment will be added to the final PWS.

Question 3: Since this is a firm/fixed price contract, does this mean the quotes for all option years must be the same?

Response: Question 3:

The base year and each option year are determined by the offeror. The grand total is the base year and all option years for the total contract price, which is a firm fixed price (estimated as the quantities may be less than planned and billed accordingly).
