1. Question: In regards to the three (3) Universal Ports, is the government wanting to have up to 3 managers listen in to phone calls or does this pertain to wanting to create an IVR path with more than 3 separate selections available?

Response: The Government has (3) Three managers, for training and QC purposes. They don’t need them to listen to the same call, so much but to be able to pick a call to set in on. The software must be able to create an IVR path, so that we can setup an automated call response, allowing us to route calls to the correct team.
