About this file

This document is a Answers to Questions addendum for Solicitation #W9124C-25-R-A018 for USATC-FJ Obstacle Course Inspection, Maintenance, and Repair Services. The Q&A provides clarification on key aspects of the solicitation, including a site visit scheduled for 9:00am EDT on Thursday, 7 August 2025 at 4340 Century Division Ave, Fort Jackson, SC 29207.

The most significant detail is the clarification on the scope of ground maintenance for the obstacle courses. The government confirmed that the contract is intended to include restoration and replacement work to address long-standing neglect, bringing the courses up to optimal condition. This includes substantial mulch replacement, grading, and erosion remediation, going beyond simple maintenance and compliance with existing standards. There are no current extensions for this Request for Proposal (RFP), and potential bidders are instructed to submit proposals in accordance with the solicitation and Performance Work Statement (PWS) as written.
