W9124C24R0020 Laboratory Analysis June 10, 2024

Questions:

1. Will the government please clarify if there is an incumbent providing service on this contract or is this level of effort a new need?

Ans: This is a Follow-on to an existing contract.

2. If there is an incumbent, can the government please provide the most recent contract award number & contract value?

Ans: W9124C19D0006. J. L. ROGERS & CALLCOTT ENGINEERS, INC.

N.B. Available public information can be obtained through USAspending.gov (https://www.usaspending.gov/#/). There are different search criteria that can be used to find past contract actions. I suggest using the NAICS, PSC Code, agency, and location of the work.

3. We would need to know more in order to price the sampling effort(s)(what are we sampling: waste, soil, water, groundwater, etc.? There is a variety of equipment and supplies that may be needed based on the type of media and situation."

Ans: The following are potential types of media the contractor would collect samples from:

1. Waste

1. Soil

1. Surface Waters

Note that asbestos (PWS Section 5.5-Task 4 states ENV will collect and deliver to lab), groundwater, and air sampling are not included.
