Fire Sprinkler System W9124C023-R-0009

1. I see that this is still in the pre solicitation phase. Do you know when this will be moved to the solicitation bidding phase?

A: Solicitation bidding phase Dec 01 thru Dec 22, 1400 EST.

2. Any update on the fire alarm counts for building 4500? We need this information to provide an accurate quote. Furthermore, I am requesting a one-week extension as the due date is fast approaching.

A: Building 4500 not included in contracted action. Offer is due Dec 22, 1400 EST.

3. I am following up to see if this is still in the pre-solicitation stage. I have seen these show pre-solicitation and were actually a solicitation hence missing the opportunity.

A: Solicitation bidding phase Dec 01 thru Dec 22, 1400 EST.

4. I’m a Certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business interested in bidding on Solicitation Number: W9124C23R0009. I was hoping you could answer a few questions…….Is this a new requirement, or is there an incumbent contractor? If existing, can you provide me the contractor and award amount?

A: Follow on requirement please see SAM.gov link below https://sam.gov/opp/4a6c7315aa9b6f503a296aa1a9a80c25/view#award

5. I am working on the proposal for the above referenced solicitation. Are the required frequencies for this solicitation quarterly and annual only? The reason I am asking is in Section 5.8 it states that the MAHC FMB will perform the monthly testing of the fire pumps. The Performance Standard, PRS#1, Performance Standard, last paragraph states that “The contractor was present during the performance of each monthly Fire Systems Test (FSS)…”. Are we responsible for any monthly testing?

A: No, the contractor is not responsible for monthly testing.

6. Could you call me about this submittal into sams.gov? Seems to be a problem or am I to email you the Bid?

A: Offers due maybe emailed to the following recipients: (please include all) dawn.r.anthony.civ@army.mil, francisco.j.nodamerly.mil@army.mil connie.f.johnson10.mil@army.mil

7. Since I already sent you the proposal and it was just extended again to Dec. 22nd, do you have any amendments that I need to acknowledge? I wanted to make sure that you received our proposal and if I needed to do anything else.

A: No amendments have occurred.
