Q: Will the contractor be responsible for the asbestos sampling as it requires a licensed Asbestos Building Inspector?

A: No, for asbestos samples, sample collection is not required.

Q: Will the asbestos samples be taken all the same day? Or periodically throughout the year?

A: Periodically throughout the year.

Q: Do we need to add the asbestos sampling as a line item or can we just footnote the hourly rate for asbestos sampling – not including it in the tabulated costs since it is not an exact charge?
