Question: What is the filter, fluid maintenance?

Answer: Filters, fluid changes are to be listed as a needed repair on the deficiency list to be issued on a delivery order, all waste is too disposed of properly at the recycle and hazardous waste points on the installation and Fuel will be ordered as a repair on a delivery order. We also stated for engine driven pumps that “topping off” of fluids is expected as part of normal maintenance similar to having a vehicle serviced and oil change.
