TECHNICAL
EXHIBIT 1
PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS SUMMARY
The contractor service requirements are summarized into performance objectives that relate directly to mission essential items. The performance threshold briefly describes the minimum acceptable levels of service required for each requirement. These thresholds are critical to mission success.

Method of Surveillance
PRS # 1.
The contractor shall provide contract management, i.e., PWS paragraph 5.1.
The contractor provides effective management to enable execution and success of the Task Order (TO) (e.g., subcontracting program, technical capabilities and reasonable/cooperative behavior.)
| Minimum acceptable level of service, i.e., No more than two customer complaints per report. |
| The contractor will be evaluated using Periodic surveillance, monthly. COR and ACOR will perform these duties. |
PRS # 2.
The contractor shall provide Logistics Staff Training Support, i.e., PWS paragraph 5.2.1 The contractor shall prepare and forward to FORSCOM, a “Training Report” at the conclusion of the work required by the PWS.
| Minimum acceptable level of service, i.e., Must submit report within 15 days after the option year ends. |
| 100% review of report. |
PRS # 3.
The contractor shall develop and provide a web based Monthly Status Reports, i.e., PWS paragraph 5.1.3 The contractor shall post monthly status reports to web site including inspections, assistance, unit evaluations and number of students trained within 10 work days of each month.
| Minimum acceptable level of service, i.e., No more than one late report during current option year. |

PRS # 4.
The contractor shall perform all administrative duties to establish property accountability for Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), i.e., PWS paragraph 5.3 The contractor shall manage the Government Furnished Equipment, IAW AR 710-2, Inventory Management Supply Policy. (www.armypubs.army.mil)

| The contractor will be evaluated using Random Sampling, monthly. COR and ACOR will perform these duties. |
PRS # 5.
The contractor shall provide by the fifth day of the month, to the Contracting Officer designee any shift in workload from original proposal, i.e. PWS paragraph 5.2.6 The contractor shall Manage contractor personnel and workload requirements required by the PWS.
| Minimum acceptable level of service, i.e., must submit report within five days of any shift in the workload. |
| The contractor will be evaluated using Periodic surveillance, monthly. COR and ACOR will perform these duties. |
PRS # 6.
The contractor shall provide Maintenance on GFE, i.e., PWS paragraph 5.6.3 The contractor shall perform the necessary inspections, services, preventive and corrective maintenance on GFE to maintain 10/20 operational standards IAW applicable, TMs XX-10/20 maintenance standards.
