If any material that is suspected to contain asbestos, and was not included in this report as a material identified and tested, is discovered, it should be evaluated for asbestos content before it is disturbed.

This report is not intended for use as an asbestos removal specification. It is not within the scope of this work to describe all appropriate precautions, safeguards and regulations relating to asbestos.
