About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for the Englebright contract (Solicitation Number W9123825QA022), providing critical details about a cleaning services requirement for a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) public recreational area. The contract is a new requirement with a previous award amount of approximately $221,176.00 for the base and all option years, currently held by Out of Sight Cleaning. The project involves cleaning multiple facilities totaling approximately 6,525 square feet, including headquarters, maintenance shop, and restroom facilities, with the awarded contractor responsible for providing all cleaning personnel, paper products, toiletries, and staff training.
Key contract specifics include a Service Contract Act (SCA) wage determination for Nevada County, which will be applied to awards with updated wage rates attached to each option year modification. The site is accessible by car/truck, and while a site visit is not formally organized, the project area is open to the public with maps available at project headquarters. Notably, the contract does not require a bid bond, and boat-in campgrounds will be addressed under a separate solicitation expiring in 2028. The contractor will be expected to provide all necessary items and personnel for contract performance as outlined in the Performance Work Statement.
