About this file
This document provides responses to questions submitted for the Success Lake Oxidation Ponds Rehabilitation solicitation. The solicitation seeks rehabilitation of oxidation ponds, including installing a new liner, anchor trench, and dewatering. Labor classifications for civil work are at the contractor's discretion. Off-site disposal of sludge and debris depends on testing, while appropriate subgrade material will meet regulatory requirements. The contract does not anticipate additions to existing sewer piping but may depend on liner compatibility. No bid bond is required, and the contractor will determine necessary permits. Site access is off Pleasant Oak Drive. Pond capacity information is provided. The budget range and incumbent are not disclosed. Photos depict the pond locations and conditions.
