About this file
This sources sought synopsis and draft performance work statements describe a potential multiple award task order contract for environmental remediation services to support formerly used defense sites projects in California, Nevada and Utah. Firms are invited to submit responses by December 16th demonstrating experience with projects involving munitions response, hazardous waste remediation, and geophysical classification in accordance with Department of Defense standards. The base contracts would have a five-year ordering period and be awarded on a best-value tradeoff basis. An initial task order is described for a munitions response investigation and feasibility study at Fort Douglas, Utah to be completed within five years. Responses should not exceed five pages and include company information, proof of required accreditations, up to three relevant project examples, and business classification. The agency intends to issue a solicitation through beta.SAM.gov for these environmental remediation support services.
