An update on question number 8.
8. Question: For block F, can an IDIQ be used as a project? May we combine multiple task orders into one project, where all task orders relate to multiple phases of a single project (e.g. feasibility study, design, and construction management as separate task orders for the same project)?
Answer: An offeror can use an IDIQ as a single "project". Offerors should include specific projects relevant to the requirements identified in the solicitation for evaluation.
