This is an Industry Day notice and plan set for the Dam Safety Production Center - Huntington (DSPC-H) project being conducted by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntington District. The virtual Industry Day is scheduled for July 22, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time, featuring presentations on the DSPC-H Overview (12:00-1:00 p.m.), Arkabutla Dam Project Overview (1:00-2:00 p.m.), Garrison Dam Project Overview (2:00-3:00 p.m.), and an Open Forum for Acquisition Collaboration and Feedback (3:00-4:30 p.m.). Additionally, forty-five minute private sessions with the Project Delivery Team for Arkabutla Dam will be held virtually on July 23-24, 2026, available exclusively to the Prime Contractor.

The Industry Day is intended for market research purposes only and does not constitute a formal solicitation. Interested vendors are strongly encouraged to attend the July 22 session, and potential Prime Contractors are advised to notify potential subcontractors of this opportunity. Vendors may register for the Industry Day and one-on-one sessions through a provided Microsoft Forms link. The meeting will be conducted via Microsoft Teams with participants initially muted during presentations but able to unmute during the feedback session and utilize the chat feature. Technical questions to be discussed during private sessions have been attached to the notice and should be reviewed by registered participants. Additional information will be posted on or about July 15, 2026, with the formal solicitation serving as the governing document once posted.
