About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for solicitation W911YP25QA002 regarding UPS batteries for the Utah Army National Guard's 640th Regiment facility. The document clarifies five key details about the procurement: the serial number of the UPS batteries (4001112U02282), the required quantity (1 string of 24 HX205-12 batteries), delivery logistics (loading dock and forklift available Monday-Thursday 0800-1600 at Building 7150), confirmation that preventive maintenance will be performed on the same UPS requiring the batteries, and verification that the vendor is responsible for removing and disposing of old batteries during installation.

This Q&A supplements the original solicitation which requires UPS batteries to provide 30-minute backup power for information systems in Building 3030's server room, with installation and testing requirements for UPS Model UP1133A-B503SU-2. The batteries must operate at a nominal system voltage of 304.8 VDC to 316.8 VDC, and the scope includes one preventative maintenance visit on an 1100A system during normal business hours.
