Amendment 01
Questions & Answers
1. Can you provide the measurements of the doorways where the machines will enter and depart?
Answer: 46” width x 80” height
2. We may have to place a junction box on the wall for the booster heater, are you okay with this?
Answer: This is ok. DPW needs to rebuild the wall where dishwasher will be located.
This is why we need to have equipment delivered and an assessment with the vendor and DPW in June. The wall will be built in July based off the assessment.
Vendor will have to return to install dishwasher end of July.
3. Are the end users running sheet pans through the dish machine? However, the chamber opening of 20” accommodates sheet pans on their side.
Answer: Yes, we run sheet pans through the dish machine.
4. Is there a loading doc?
Answer: No
5. If not will they need a lift gate?
Answer: We will need a liftgate. We can arrange to have a forklift available.
6. Is it an easy route to the dish pit or will equipment need to be moved to get the dish machine in?
Answer: It is an easy route and equipment should not be moved to get the dish machine in. Current dishwasher will be removed prior to wall reconstruction and new dishwasher install.
