SOLICITATION W911YN-18-Q-0007 - AMENDMENT 1

This solicitation amendment affects the PWS as follows, addresses Questions from vendors and adds Route Plan document.

Summary of Changes:

1) We changed "Exercise Lead" to JITEC Exercise Planner, this is the appropriate verbiage that the contractors are familiar

2) Semantics such as NGB labeled positions should have been labeled JITEC positions.

3) Made the venue requirement "optional" stating it would have weight regarding the award of the contract. This will open options in regards to the number of contactors that can bid, we have reserved multiple sites here at CBJTC in case none of them include a venue. We would prefer they offer a venue on the 7th of December though.

4) We also changed the rubble pile size from 150 meters by 150 meters as a minimum to 50 feet by 50 feet as a minimum. There are NO rubble piles that size within 75 miles of Blanding making this requirement impossible.

5) Bumped the required number of SME's from 8 to 3 based on exercise size.

6) Provided more detail to the management of role players.

7) Changed the meeting dates requirements to open ended (must be prior to 04 DEC 2017) opposed to the unmeet able requirement of 21 November attendance.

8) Changed the requirement of confined space tunnels from 100 meters to 50 feet minimum.

9) Changed the SME support work days from 24 hours continuous support to 12 hours

10) Changed role player requirement number from 100 to 80 personnel.

**Note Changes are in RED and some lines have been edited.
